Breakfast is probably my favourite meal of the day from pancakes to eggs benedict I just love making cooking exciting breakfasts (especially over the weekend) I recently found a recipe for Huevos Rancheros on the cook with m&s app. This is a classic Mexican breakfast so full of spice and flavour.
So here is how my version turned out. Sadly is doesn't look as colourful as the m&s version. I decided to use chorizo style sausages to add a bit of extra spice and flavour.
